HIDDEN AGES OF MAN

I am writing this article as many people are asking me about origin of human race. The evolution theory, vedic theory and Ancient Astronaut theory are the major theory existing now. I am introducing my view on this subject , after all this blog is SWAMI’s VIEW, I don’t force anyone to believe it.
Lets take something about Manu:
The Mahabharata says:
"And Manu was endowed with great wisdom and devoted to virtue. And he became the progenitor of a line. And in Manu's race have been born all human beings, who have, therefore, been called Manavas. And it is of Manu that all men including Brahmanas, Kshattriyas, and others have been descended, and are therefore all called Manavas. Subsequently, O monarch, the Brahmanas became united with the Kshattriyas. And those sons Manu that of were Brahmanas devoted themselves to the study of the Vedas. And Manu begat ten other children named Vena, Dhrishnu, Narishyan, Nabhaga, Ikshakus, Karusha, Saryati, the eighth, a daughter named Ila,Prishadhru the ninth, and Nabhagarishta, the tenth. They all betook themselves to the practices of Kshattriyas. Besides these, Manu had fifty other sons on Earth. But we heard that they all perished, quarrelling with one another."

FLOOD AFTER SATYA YUGA

"Early accounts of the Deluge equate Matsya with the Vedic deity Prajapati. TheShatapatha Brahmana is the earliest extant text to mention Matsya and the flood myth in Hinduism. It identifies the fish with Prajapati-Brahma. The central characters are the fish (Matsya) and Vaivasvata Manu or Satyavrata who becomes the progenitor of mankind. In this version, Vaivasvata Manuor Satyavrata accidentally catches a small fish in his hands, while bathing. The fish is Matsya, who asks Vaivasvata Manu for life and protection; in return he promises to save Vaivasvata Manu from an impending flood; and Matsya knows exactly when this is to happen. Vaivasvata Manu agrees to help; so Matsya tells him to place him in a jar of water, and keep him safe. When Matsya has outgrown the jar, Vaivasvata Manu must dig a pit, fill it with water and place him in it. When Matsya outgrows the pit, Vaivasvata Manu should transfer him to the ocean. By then, he will be big enough to survive; he will be indestructible, and will help Vaivasvata Manu survive the flood. Meanwhile, Vaivasvata Manu should build himself a boat. Vaivasvata Manu does exactly as the fish has instructed and eventually releases Matsya, now fully grown, into the ocean. At the appointed time, the deluge comes; Vaivasvata Manu boards his boat and the waters rise to cover the earth. Vaivasvata Manu calls on Matsya for help. Matsya swims to the ship and Vaivasvata Manu ropes his vessel to the horn that has grown on Matsya's head. Then Matsya tows the ship to the safety of the highest and driest ground, at the northern mountains (interpreted as the Himalayas). Vaivasvata Manu ties the ship to a tree, disembarks, and then slowly descends the mountain along with the now subsiding water. Vaivasvata Manu finds himself the sole survivor on earth; all others have been washed away by the floods. Vaivasvata Manu then takes on the task of creating the Human race.

Last paragraph shows the rise of a Modern Human race, the race of Treta Yuga…

" After each Yuga , there will be a flood, which will act as a filter which separates undesirable beings from the  selected humans to walk the new age "

There are different theories other than this particular theory, from this we understand that we, the humans were formed from different ancestors. Some have been formed by experimentations, some by natural evolving process and some can also be called Hybrids. When the daughters of humans were married to heavenly or extra –terrestrial beings, they produced half humans who were appointed to rule (Kshatriyas). The Kshatriya of different origin like for example, Suryavamshi, Chandravamshi (Solar Dynasty and Lunar Dynasty). The descendants of the Lord of Sun, Surya was called Solar Dynasty. Not only in Hindu Mythology but also in Egypt, the same phenomenon is seen. The descendants of God RA, the Lord of Sun was made to rule Egypt with godly power (Pharaohs).

Descendants of Banasura

Bana is a gotra (clan) of Jats found in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Bundelkhand in India. Banas are descendants of King Banasura. Their capital was at Bayana in Bharatpur,Bagwar of Banpur, Kundeshwar in M.P.. Usha temple, at Bayana, was built during the reign of Raja Laxman Sen, by his wife in memory of Usha. There is mention of BanaChieftains along with Pallavas and as feudatories of Cholas in Tamil Nadu. Bana Kingdom.

The Vanaras

Vanaras are created by the gods to help Rama in battle against Ravana. They are powerful and have many godly traits. Taking Brahma's orders, the gods began to parent sons in the semblance of monkeys (Ramayana 1.17.8). The Vanaras took birth in bears and monkeys attaining the shape and valor of the gods and goddesses who created them (Ramayana 1.17.17-18). After Vanaras were created they began to organize into armies and spread across the forests, although some, including Vali, Sugriva, and Hanuman, stayed near mount Riskshavat.

According to the Ramayana, the Vanaras lived primarily in the region of Kishkindha in present-day Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra, in the midst of Dandaka Forest, where Lord Rama met them during his search for Sita. An army of millions of Vanaras helped Rama in his search for Sita, and also in battle against Ravana, Sita's abductor. It is Nala and Neela a descendant of Lord Vishwakarma Brahma with the blessings of Lord Viswakarma built a bridge over the ocean so that Rama and the army could cross to Lanka so it is also referred to as Nala Neela Sethu. As described in the epic, the characteristics of the Vanara include being amusing, childish, mildly irritating, badgering, hyperactive, adventurous, bluntly honest, loyal, courageous, and kind.
Vanaras are a race which was formed out of advanced biological technology of the Devas. They made half God half monkey beings to help Sri Ramchandra Suryavamshi ( King of Solar Dynasty) to kill the King of Lanka Ravana ( Demon ).

The half animal beings are seen throughout mythologies around the world.
A centau is a mythological creature with the head, arms, and torso of a human and the body and legs of a horse.

In Greek mythology, a satyr  is one of a troop of male companions of Pan and Dionysus with goat-like features, including a goat-tail, goat-like ears, and sometimes a goat-like phallus. In Roman Mythology there is a similar concept with goat-like features, the faun being half-man, half-goat.

If we consider Vanaras as part of Human evolution, then what are Satyr and centaur…did human evolve out of goats and horses. Other crocodile headed, bull headed beings can also been seen in different Mythology. It’s not that our ancestors wrote these myths just to pass time; they really feared something… they prayed to some and they wrote all these down as a historical record.

ORIGIN OF A SET OF PEOPLE CALLED MLECCHAS IN KALI YUGA.

First of all understand what a Yuga is :
Satya Yuga:- Virtue reigns supreme. Average lifespan of humanoid beings was 100,000 years. The non-human beings were really huge (Giants). Creation started to crawl into the field. No pure humans is reported but there is fading reports of humans but not supported with hard evidence.
Treta Yuga: – There was 3 quarter virtue & 1 quarter sin. First Generation of normal Humans and hybrids started to exist. Time when Mahavishnu took incarnation as Lord Ram, King of Ayodhya ( Solar Dynasty).
Dwapar Yuga: – There was 1 half virtue & 1 half sin. Normal human stature was 7 cubits. Average human lifespan was 1000 years. The time of Lord Krishna, an incarnation of Lord Mahavishnu, who came to aid the Pandavas, sons of Devas. Normal humans and Hybrids existed. No use of much magic but atomic weapons from higher beings have been used destroying civilizations. The last time when Gods ( Devas ) walked with man.
Kali Yuga: – There is 1 quarter virtue & 3 quarter sin. Normal human stature is 3.5 cubits. Average human lifespan will be 100 years. Towards the end of the Yuga this will come down to 20 years. Only descendants of Hybrids, Pure humans of different origins under the same title “ MANKIND”. Reports of God in the early years of the Era … slowly belief in GOD and the Vedas is fading.

Suta Goswami said: Once upon a time in Hastinapura, Pradyota the son ofKshemaka was leading an assembly and meanwhile the great sage Narada arrivedthere. King Pradyota happily honored him. Having him seated on the seat the sagetold king Pradyota, "Your father was killed by the mlecchas, therefore he attained Yamaloka or the hellish planet. If you perform a ‘mleccha-yajna’, then by the effect of this sacrifice your father will attain the heavenly planets."Hearing this king Pradyota immediately called the best of the learned Brahmanas and started ‘mleccha-yajna’ in Kuruksetra. They built a yajna-kunda which was 16 yojanas in square (128 miles). They meditated on the demigods and offered oblations of mlecchas. There are haras, hunas, barvaras, gurundas, sakas, khasas, yavanas, pallavas, romajas and those who are situated in different dvipas and in kamaru, china and the middle of the ocean; all of them were called with the mantra and burnt to ashes. Then he (the king) gave dakshina (donation) to the brahmanas and performed abhiseka. As a result his father Kshemaka went to the heavenly planets. After that he became famous everywhere as a mleccha-hanta or destroyer of mlecchas. He ruled the earth for ten thousand years and went to heaven. He had a son named Vedavan who ruled for two thousand years.

ADAM AND EVE

At that time the Kali purusha prayed to Lord Narayana along with his wife. Aftersometime the Lord apperared to him and said, "This age will be a good time for you. I will fulfil your desire having various kinds of forms. There is a couple named Adama and his wife Havyavati. They are born from Vishnu-kardama and will increase the generations of mlecchas. Saying this, the Lord disappeared. Having great joy the Kali purusha went to Nilacha.
Vyasa said: "Now you hear the future story narrated by Suta Goswami. This is thefull story of of Kali-yuga, hearing this you will become satisfied."
In the eastern side of Pradan city where there is a a big God-given forest, which is16 square yojanas in size. The man named Adama was staying there under a Papa-Vriksha or a sinful tree and was eager to see his wife Havyavati. The Kali purusha quickly came there assuming the form of a serpent. He cheated them and they disobeyed Lord Vishnu. The husband ate the forbidden fruit of the sinful tree. They lived by eating air with the leaves called udumbara. After they had sons and all of them became mlecchas. Adama's duration of life was nine-hundred and thirty years. He offered oblations with fruits and went to heaven with his wife. His son was named Sveta-nama, and he lived nine-hundred and twelve years. Sveta-nama's son was Anuta, who rulled one-hundred years less than his father. His son Kinasa rulledas much as his grandfather. His son Malahalla ruled eight-hundred ninety five years. His son Virada rulled 160 years. His son Hamuka was devoted to Lord Vishnu, and offering oblations of fruits he achieved salvation. He ruled 365 years and went toheaven with the same body being engaged in mleccha-dharma.
Having good behavior, wisdom, qualities like a brahmana and worship of God, these things are called mleccha-dharma. The great souls have declared that the dharma of the mleccha is devotion to God, worship of fire, nonviolence, austerity and control of the senses. The son of Hamuka was Matocchila. He ruled for 970 years. His son Lomaka ruled 777 years and went to heaven. His son Nyuha (Noah) ruled for 500 years. He had three sons named Sima, Sama and Bhava. Nyuha was a devotee of Lord Vishnu.

Once the Lord appeared in his dream and said: “My dear Nyuha, please listen, there will be devastation on the seventh day. Therefore, you have to be very quick that you make a big boat and ride in it. O chief of the devotees, you will be celebrated as a great king”.
Then he made a strong boat which was 300 feet long, 50 feet wide and 30 feet high. (In the Bible the Ark is described as, "Its length was 300 cubits, its width was 50 cubits, it had three stories and its height was 30 cubits.") It was beautiful and all the living entities could take shelter in it. He then himself rode in it, engaged in meditating on Lord Vishnu.
Lord Indra called the devastating cloud named Sambartaka and poured heavy raincontinuously for 40 days. The whole earth, Bharat-varsa, had merged in the water and four oceans came up together. Only Visala or Badarikasrama was not submerged. There were 80,000 great transcendentalists in Visala who joined with king Nyuha and his family. All of them were saved and everything else was destroyed.
At that time all the sages praised the eternal energy of GOD. Being pleased by the prayers of the sages, GOD reduced the waters of devastation. After one year gradually the earth became visible. Under the hill there is a place named Sisina and the king was situated in that place with his other people. When the water completely dried up, king Nyuha came back to his place.
Suta Goswami continued: The mleccha, king Nyuha became attached to LordVishnu and as a result Lord Vishnu increased his generation. Then he created a language fit for the mlecchas, unfavourable to the Vedas. He named it as brahmibhasha, or brahmi language, full of bad words, for increasing the degradation of Kali-yuga. The Lord who is Himself the master of intelligence gave this language toNyuha. Nyuha named his tree sons opposite. They were known as Sima, Hama, Yakuta and also Yakuta, Sapta putra, Jumara and Majuya. The name of their countries were known as Madi, Yunana, Stuvaloma, Tasa and Tirasa.
After telling this story Suta Goswami influenced by Yoga-nidra entered mystic slumber. He woke up after two thousand years and thereupon he said: “Now I’m going to say about the generation of Sima. Because he was the first son of his father he became the king. This mleccha king ruled over the country for 500 years. His son Arkansoda ruled for 434 years. His son Sihla ruled for 460 years. His son Iratasya ruled the same length as his father. His son Phataja ruled for 240 years. His son Rau ruled for 237 years. His son Juja ruled the same length as his father. His son Nahura ruled for 160 years, and he destroyed his many inimical kings. His son Tahara ruled the same length as his father. He had three sons: Avirama, Nahura and Harana. Thus I have explained the generation of mlecchas with the indication of their names only. The mleccha language is considered the lowest language because it bears the curse of goddess Sarasvati. Thus I have summarily narrated the rise of the mlecchas in Kali-yuga.

ZEUS AND CREATION OF MAN (Experimentation Evidence from Greek Mythology)

According to Hesiod there were five ages:
The Age of Gold, where the gods of Olympus created a golden race of mortals that lived in a state of bliss until the earth swallowed them. Their spirits still remain on earth. (Hinduism teaches that soul never dies).
The Age of Silver, where a race was created that was arrogant beyond ken and refused to worship the gods. Zeus hid them below the earth where they still dwell.
The Age of Bronze, where bronze warriors destroyed themselves.
The Age of Heroes, the race of Men that fought in the Trojan and Theban wars. Mighty and just warriors, some of whom were immortalised.
The Age of Iron, the race of Men that lived during Hesiod's time, a mix of good and bad, bound for eternal damnation.
Ovid describes only four and omits the Age of Heroes.

The dominant tradition, however, tells us that Prometheus, son of the titan Themis, created mankind from clay and Athena breathed their divine spirit into them. Prometheus is even said to have created all life there is, his first experiments may have been a little simple, like worms and snakes, but they got more and more complex as time went by. Some of them he forgot and traces of these can be found in the rocks. Finally he created monkeys in all their shapes and sizes, and after monkeys he created Man.

Other sources state, Prometheus only created men and Zeus later created woman, Pandorra.
Prometheus clearly took the side of humanity in their struggle with the gods of Olympus. In mankind he put bits of all the other creatures he'd made before, so man would by brave like the lion, but also mischievous like the monkey. He saw, however, than without fire, Man would remain not much more than an animal, so he tried to convince Zeus, that fire should be given to Man.

Zeus refused and war broke out between Man and Zeus who wanted to cleanse the Earth of them. Prometheus intervened and made Man sacrifice to Zeus, however, he wrapped the meat in skin and the bones in fat and greedy Zeus chose the fatty good looking parcel. He was not amused when he found all that was wrapped in the fat were the bones. Again he denied Man fire and Prometheus came and stole it in a hollowed stick of fennel.

Next he started to teach man cooking and firing pottery. He taught them about the stars and the Arts, but took away their knowledge of the future and gave them blind hope in return. Prometheus then went out and gathered all that was evil and bad and put it in an urn he gave to his brother, Epimetheus, for safe keeping. He warned his brother about Zeus and told him to be careful.

Zeus found out that Man had gotten hold of Fire and, rightly, blamed Prometheus. Together with Hephaistos, his son, they moulded a woman out of clay as beautiful as Aphrodite, as modest as a maid. Athena dressed her, Aphrodite gave her grace and Hermes gave her a lovely voice and a tricky mind. This woman they named Pandorra, All-Gifts, and sent her to Epimetheus.

Now Epimetheus, whose name means Afterthought, where Prometheus means Forethought, was not a clever man. Pandorra beguiled him with her looks and her voice, and gave this mix of sweetness and deceitfulness to all other woman. Pandorra opened the urn and all that was bad escaped in to the world. When Prometheus found out he was very sad, a last look in the jar showed him that all was left was hope, which he shook out and sent out in to the world, to give solace to Man.

Zeus wrath wasn't finished for he chained Prometheus to Mount Caucasos, and sent an eagle to pick out his liver. The creature returned every day as the god's liver would grow back each day.

A FLOOD AGAIN…

Meanwhile the world grows miserable and Zeus decides it needs to be destroyed. He saves a Deukalion and Pyrrha, children of Prometheus and his brother Epimetheus, by putting them in a boat before he floods the world. They arrive on Mount Parnassus, where, with the help of the titan Themis, Prometheus mother, they turn stones into people and repopulate the world.
One of their children is named Hellen, who gives rise to the Hellenes, or ancient Greeks.

SUMERIAN ( Another Experimentation )

Sumerians created an advanced civilization with its own system of elaborate language and writing, architecture and arts, astronomy and mathematics. Their religious system was a complex one comprised of hundreds of gods, rites and cosmology. According to the ancient texts, each Sumerian city was guarded by its own god; and while humans and gods used to live together, the humans were servants to the gods.
The Sumerian creation myth can be found on a tablet in Nippur, an ancient Mesopotamian city founded in approximately 5000 BC.
The creation of Earth (Enuma Elish) according to the Sumerian tablets begins like this:

“When in the height heaven was not named,
And the earth beneath did not yet bear a name,
And the primeval Apsu, who begat them,
And chaos, Tiamut, the mother of them both
Their waters were mingled together,
And no field was formed, no marsh was to be seen;
When of the gods none had been called into being,
And none bore a name, and no destinies were ordained;
Then were created the gods in the midst of heaven,
Lahmu and Lahamu were called into being...
It is interesting here to note that no one god is responsible for creation, as even gods are themselves part of the creation.Sumerian mythology claims that, in the beginning, human-like beings of extra-terrestrial origin ruled over Earth. Those beings, or gods, could travel through the sky in either round or rocket shaped vehicles. These beings toiled Earth’s soil, digging to make it habitable and mining its minerals.
The texts mention that at some point the gods mutinied against their labour.
“When the gods like men
Bore the work and suffered the toll
The toil of the gods was great,
The work was heavy, the distress was much”
Anu, the god of gods, agreed that their labour was too great. His son Enki, or Ea, proposed to create man to bear the labour, and so, with the help of his half-sister Ninki, he did. A god was put to death, and his body and blood was mixed with clay. From that material the first human being was created, in likeness to the gods.
Thomas Gold, a professor of astronomy, suggested a "garbage theory" for the origin of life, proposing that life on Earth might have spread from a pile of waste products accidentally dumped on Earth long ago by extra-terrestrials.
