Purusha is said to be a manifestation of Paramapurusha. Purusha is the formless, unborn, without mind, without breath, soul of all beings. He is Shiv himself or a manifestation of Shiv ( Parameshwara).     Splendid and without a bodily form is this Purusa, without and within, unborn, without life breath and without mind, higher than the supreme element. From him are born life breath and mind.
